Human nature is filled with thousand of emotions . But all we do is talk about positive feelings like love , happiness , being successful . but in negative feelings we do talk about sadness , anger more but we all have some dark emotions which we notice sometimes and we don't talk about it and those feeling are like jealousy , feeling of taking revenge. Let me tell you feeling jealous is a normal feeling but don't allow it to overpower your mind and heart , and make you bitter person . lets talk about jealousy what does it mean and how to deal with it and how you can control it .

what is jealousy ?
__ jealousy is an emotion the term generally refers to the thought or feelings of insecurity , fear , concern and envy over relative lack of possession , status or something of great personal value ,particularly in reference to a person whom you feel like is competition to you .
the constant comparison add up to jealousy to . sometimes we might get jealous of our friend to which you might find weird i know this is uncommon but i know when some friends suddenly develop distance .

how to control jealous
even if you try to control hard sometimes jealousy peeps in to our heart and we feel insecure ..
some times obsessive thinking about person can add up to jealousy and insecurity , irritation . let me tell jealousy in relationship , in work place all are natural but if you have this constant feeling for more than 2 months its time you have to seek help or control it .
so here are some ways to control jealousy

1 - TRUSTING IN YOURSELF
believe that you are different unique . if she is rose you are orchid unique and different . we all have some different magic in us. so believe me when i used to feel jealous i used to look at my uniqueness like i can cook and i am biochemist .if she is engineer ,than i know more about biology human chemistry !!! see just tell this things to my self.

2 - talking to close one about this feeling
- if you are feeling frustrated and just you are crying and feeling irritated than talk to close friend or your mom . and if you just don,t want to talk to anyone write down those feeling in diary and read it out alone. and say to yourself my day will come to i should not be jealous . I will find my own happiness one day all my dreams will be fulfilled .if it is mine it will come back to me . universe will give me something amazing .

3 encourage yourself
read self help books . listen to motivational speakers . write all the things you love about yourself

4 control and management
so try to notice your habit how many times you watch your ex and their profile. the topic of your day is all about them do you constantly complain about them.
for example if you notice that you where continuously thinking talking noticing them than you need some control . mark your calendar when ever you don 't think about them when you notice all the marks on calendar you will be happy as reward you might gift yourself something .
or just write down all the frustration and burn the pages

5 self love
watch your favorite movie go to sleep over ,pamper your self

so let me tell you i don 't think i will ever stop being jealous and insecure . its natural to feel that way , since we are conditioned to be fearful about our relationships and our status in the world .but , think that we can work with our insecurity by being better friend to ourselves. spend more time with yourself be your own healer . everything happens for a reason .
