So...What is Anxiety?

Actually, all people have anxiety. Anxiety is the concern that makes us do some things.

But some people's worries are more than normal and most of them are things that will not happen. Sometimes even though they know that these things are ridiculous, they still can't stop worrying.

In this article, I wrote some ways to reduce your anxiety.

1) Breathe
2) Light a relaxing candle
3) Sit in stillness for 20 minutes (I found it on Pinterest but I'm not sure this is works. Because this is mostly not work for me.)
4) Go for a slow walk
5) Write your feelings in a journal or Word Doc
6) Color in an adult coloring book
7) Sleep
8) Listen to music
9) Take a shower or bath
10) Change your diet
11) Drink Chamomile Tea

I have anxiety, too. Even though people say that it doesn't matter, it matters! And I know that it's hard to live like this.

You always worry about things.

You always blame yourself.

You always think that people are talking about you...

To be clear, whenever I feel anxious, I sleep. Because when I sleep, I don't think anything and it feels like it is the way out. ,even though I know that it is not.

Still, everyone deals with anxiety differently. So find your own methods instead of someone else's methods.
