I'mma be starting this tommorow so I thought I should share it if one of you guys wanted to do it too! Please read the text bellow these 7 days!

DAY 1

  • Drink a lot of water
  • Get a good amount of sleep
  • Eat healthy
  • Take a nice bath
  • Practice different makeup looks
  • Take at least 2 cute pictures
  • Wear a bomb outfit
  • Try to build your confidence

DAY 2

  • Drink a lot of water
  • Get a good amount of sleep
  • Eat healthy
  • Write down healthy recipes you'd actually wanna eat
  • Go for a run
  • 25 squats
  • Do a hair mask
  • Study for 30min

DAY 3

  • Drink a lot of water
  • Get a good amount of sleep
  • Eat healthy
  • Paint your toes
  • Go for a run
  • Do a face mask
  • Learn something new
  • Cut out negativity from your life

DAY 4

  • Drink a lot of water
  • Get a good amount of sleep
  • Eat healthy
  • Do your eyebrows
  • Exfoliate + shave
  • Meditate/do some yoga
  • Listen to your favorite music
  • Practice something you want to improve on

DAY 5

  • Drink a lot of water
  • Get a good amount of sleep
  • Eat healthy
  • Try a new hairstyle\
  • Embrace at least one of your flaws
  • Dance to your favorite music
  • Try to overcome your fear
  • Listen to a TED talk

DAY 6

  • Drink a lot of water
  • Get a good amount of sleep
  • Eat healthy
  • Go for a run
  • 25 squats
  • Read a book
  • Avoid thinking negatively about yourself

DAY 7

  • Drink a lot of water
  • Get a good amount of sleep
  • Eat healthy
  • Do any kind of exercise
  • Take cute pictures
  • Wear an outfit that makes you feel beautiful
  • Tell yourself that you're beautiful and strong

Okay, I know that an actual glow up is not just on the outside but on the inside as well. It's finally feeling comfortable in your own body or doing something to change what you can for yourself and not for others. It's being confident even tho your hair is messy or your makeup isn't perfect. It's working on yourself everyday and accepting the fact that it's okay to have a day where u dont wanna do anything. It's doing stuff you want & love and not caring about others opinions. Please know that all of this takes time and not just 7 days so try to improve yourself a little bit more everyday. But most importantly, accept yourself.
