For as long as I can remember I've had a love hate relationship with food. Well had isn't really the right term, more like still have. Everyday is a struggle but recently i have been trying to live,eat and train healthily. I am no where near perfect but nonetheless I need to try or food is going to take over my life forever. I need to improve my lifestyle or i'm worried I will kill my body and myself along with it.
