AB ROUTINE
1 minute plank
20 elbow plank hip twists
40 bicycle crunches
20 crunches
20 side crunches (each side)
20 lying heel touches
20 russian twists
15 leg drops
20 mountain climbers

THIS WORKOUT BURNS and I feel so good afterwards. It takes no time so you can do it almost anywhere.

Other exercises I love include:
- Wide Leg Squats
- Squat Jumps
- Sprinting
- Calf Raises
- Alternating Backwards Lunges
- Arm Circles
