How's your day been? I hope You've had a beautiful and nice day/evening.
Today I'm writing a bit different article then what I normally post. I'm used to posting articles that contains lots of advice and where you can get lots of inspiration from. Well, I hope this article is inspiring too but it's just a bit different.

This article is more of a chit-chat with you guys on 'Why you should start drinking lots of water... today!'
Some of you may think: "Oh, here's another human being who says that I need to drink more water." But honey, it's true, I'm sorry.

Now let's start and see why you should drink more water:



I get thursty quiet fast and drinking some soda or juice won't help. But water is key! Water is the only drink that keeps you hydrated the best! It also helps you from being less hungry. If you're hungry, don't grab a snack, drink a glass of water and You'll be fine.

TIP: Drink 2 glasses of ice cold water after you wake up. It hydrates you (because you didn't have had water the whole night) and it also helps you being awake.


Water is one of the best tools for weith loss. And did you know that our bodies don't know the difference between hungry and thirsty? If you're hungry it sometimes just mean you're body needs water.
Water is also a replacement for drinks like soft-drinks and alcohol which contains Sugar, carbs and other stuff.
(I'm not saying you need to drink water to loose weith. You're beautiful just the way you are <3)

When you suffer from lots of headache most of the time it's because you're dehydrated. This is not the only problem of headeaches though but water may help sometimes.


Since I started drinking 2L of water a day my skin is so clear! I've no redness, no pimples and it's really glowy. Do you have some troubles on your skin? Try drinking more water and cut off soda. If this still doesn't work, sorry honey, it's just the hormones.

If you drink water, You'll feel energised. Did you know that water helps even better than coffee or energy-drinks? I Always drink 2 glasses of water in the morning and it's works miracles!

➳ There are actually apps that keep track of the intake of water and also sends notifications to remind you of drinking enough water.

  • Water daily
  • 1 gallon a day
  • My water
  • Drink water in time.

There are plenty more apps, just search some in the app store, they're easy to find.

➳ Here are the main things you need to remember:

  • Drink a glass of water with each meal
  • Carry a water bottle with you.
  • When you feel like you need to have a snack, try drinking water first
  • Change into water when you need coffee or a sugary drink.
  • Track the amount of water You've had for the day and set a daily goal (mine is 2 litres of water a day)

I know some people who don't like the taste of water. If you're this person too try some detox water! You can add flavors in your water. Try to squeeze some lemon in your water. I like to add some lime and mint in my water. Detoxing is really good for your body too!

I'm doing a challenge week!

I wanted to challenge myself next week. I'm planning on doing a challenge week monthly from now on to get more experience in life and to discover new things.
This months challenge is: being vegan for a week.
