Hey there beautiful ladies, I wrote the first article thinking that you guys wouldn't like it, but you did :) In the first article I talked about how I had my heart broken. But in this one im going to talk a out how to get over it and be the queen you really are.

First you need get rid off of all the things that remind you of him.
BUT do something good with those things, don't burned them or throw them away what I did was give it to charity, I gave away the things that could make someone else happy.

Start to focused in yourself, do the things that make you happy, buy some make up, read a good book, go to the gym, eat whatever you want. Do what makes you happy and invest on yourself.

hang out with your friends, let them distract you. Be with you family and play some games.

The most important thing is not to get stuck in the suffering, I know its hard, I've been there, I know what you are feeling right now, you feel like you are drowning like you can't breath because of the pain, but believe me babygirl when I tell you the pain would pass. The pain is not forever. Don't keep hurting yourself and start to at least try to move on, because one day you won't feel anything anymore, and it will be his lost. You are amazing, you are beautiful, you are worth everything, and one day you will find the person that realize it and treat you like a queen.
