I'm here again with more advice. I know alot of you have been dealing with alot lately and many of you guys are having ups and downs. Don't worry cause I've got your back ! Today I decided to talk about recovering from a breakup. I know that sounds weird but, let me explain. Don't you get the feeling of someone that just backstabbed you or just simply give up on you. Well don't worry because I have the solution leading you to a heathy mind set. Let's begin !


1. LOVE YOURSELF

Even if you feel like life has once again turned on you again. Take the chance to love yourself. Everyone should accept their flaws because no ones perfect. If you would be perfect their would be no point of living in this world. Remember that everyone has flaws ! So promise yourself today that you will love yourself for who you truly are :)


2. MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF

I know many of you are really busy of school, extracurricular activities and other things. At the end of the day make sure to always save yourself time ! Here are some examples:

  • Take a bath/shower
  • Read a book
  • Watch a TV show
  • Keep up with your favorite YouTuber
  • Learn a new language
  • Dance
  • Hangout with friends
  • Go shopping
  • Travel
  • Go for a long walk
  • Grow plants

3. POSITIVE SELF TALK

Take the time every morning to have a positive self talk. Just to be in a healthy state of mind. You should think of life teaching you a lesson not that life is giving you a Threat ! Sometimes God or whoever you believe is trying to bring you on the right path. Guiding you and teaching the things that you'll need to know in the future. Always learn from the lesson and don't repeat it (because later on it will cost you) DON'T GIVE UP ! YOU GOT THIS GIRL ...


4. MAKE MOST OF YOUR LIFE

A lot of people lose themselves trying to make their relationship work because they've been neglected. Never think about the worst part of your life but the best things to be motivate you (it's a great strategies). Don't let these things bring you down. Right now you must be incredibly piste about your breakup whoever I can tell you in 4 years you will laugh about it (trust me). So take the time to spend with your close family members or even travel in the other side of the world. DANCE IT OFF ! YOUR STRONG, YOUR WORTH IT AND ALWAYS SOMEONE WORTH LOVING !


5. WAYS TO RECOVER YOURSELF FROM A BREAKUP (SUMMARY)
