Hello, the article of the day will focus on my 3 healthy habits:
"3 healthy habits"
- Drink fresh water after dinner (around 9/11pm) when I do my homeworks or when I listen musics for example.


- Doing sport : at least 3 times a week + 1 week internship during the summer and 1 week intensive internship in the october holidays if possible.


- Doing crunches: every night if possible before the shower.
