Eurovision 2018: My top 10

Hi everyone,
This is my second article in WHI. This time I want to speak about the eurovision song contest 2018 and share my favourites songs of the contest.

I have to stress that the positions I will give to the songs is not the positions I think they will have but the positions I would like to they had. After the second semifinal I will updated my top, so I will made my definitive top.

Was a hard work choose ten favourites songs of forty-three.

10. Israel: Toy by Netta

I know that this song are one of the favourites to win this year but I think is not my type of song, anyway it`s really original in my opinion and I love the lyrics.

9. Malta: Taboo by Christabelle

I like this song , motivates me and its has a lot of strength. The video by the way I find it beautiful visually speaking.

8. Azerbaijan: X my heart by Aysel

It is true that this is not a song of my style but I love how her voice sounds, I hope that in live sounds as well as in the video, if not she could fall from my top 10.

7. Armenia: Qami by Sevak khanagyan

Sevak has one of the most beautiful male voices of this year. I feel that the song takes a long time to start but when it do it makes me goose bumps.

6. Switzerland: Stones by ZIBBZ

I like everything in this propose from Switzerland. The song is a call against bullying and hatred. I really hope they pass to the final.

5. Germany: You let me walk alone by Michael Schulte

Michael reminds me of Ed Sheeran. The song is really cute and I am moved by the song every time I hear it.

4. Spain: Tu Canción by Amaia y Alfred

I think this is not a surprise. They are truth, innocence... love. I'm so excited, thanks to ot2017 I've seen their relationship grow. For the first time in a long time (since Ruth Lorenzo (2014)) I am proud of our propose for Eurovison.

3. Iceland: Our Choice by Ari Ólafsson

I feel that Ari sings Our Choice with great truth and conviction. This song is about the importance of respect among all people. I hope that this year Iceland will go to the final and remain in a good position.

2. France: Merci by Madame Monsieur

Wow, What can I say about this song? This was the first song I hear of eurovision 2018 and it still remains in my top 3.

1. Italy: Non mi avete fatto niente by Ermal Meta & Fabrizio Moro

My favourite song this year is this one from Italy, that is an allegation against stupid wars of the world. I recomend you read its lyrics.
