Day 9 - List 5 people who have had an impact on your life and describe how

Mom 👩🏻

She has taught me to be kind & an overall good person. She often tells me about her life when she was my age and how she dealt with certain situations when times were hard. She was there for me when I hit rock bottom. She made me a strong young woman.

Dad 👨🏻

He made me a strong person as well, but in a different way. I'm not going to get into details because it's really personal, but I've learned to see the world as it is. I don't set high expectations to later be disappointed thanks to what my dad has taught me unwillingly. He's also made me fear many things in life because of the example he's set at home. The impact he's had on my life is one of the worst

First love ❤️

Well this person was someone who meant the world to me and who ultimately changed me as a person when he broke my heart. I became a stronger person and a realist, rather than continuing to be a dreamer. I stopped living in a bubble and also learned to not blind fully trust everyone around me. I stopped depending on others thanks to him, but I also began to self-harm because of him. It was a dark part of my life that eventually ended when I finally got over him.

Best friend 👧🏻

The first best friend I ever had was in 3rd grade. We were inseparable, or so I thought. I didn't realize how bad of a person she was until she betrayed me. I gained trust issues because of her. With our friendship having ended, she showed me her true colors and I realized you never truly know someone. She's a fake bitch.

little brother 👦🏻

He was an unexpected baby in our family, but I was happy with his arrival. I was 13 at the time he was born. I have helped take care of him since he was born and am basically his second mother, he even calls me mommy sometimes. I've sort of learned what parenthood is. He has taught me patience (sort of), what love at first sight is, and responsibility. Sometimes I do feel like his mom.

That's all for today. Thanks for reading my article.
