Hello everyone!
A while back I made an article about falling asleep and you seemed to like it. So, I decided to make another article, this time about relaxing.

1. find your quiet, calm place

Go somewhere where you can be alone with your thoughts. Somewhere where you feel free and not pressured to do anything.

For example I can't really relax in my own room. That's because my room is the place where I do my homework and such. So if I truly want to relax I have to go somewhere else.
I usually go to the balcony or other place outside.

2. put everything on hold

Once you've reached your perfect place to relax, you also have to let go of your stress and worries.
Now it's time to focus on yourself. Nothing is as important as your own health - eveyrthing else can wait a while.

don't worry about the past, it's gone. Don't stress about the future, it hasn't arrived. Live in the present and make it beautiful

3. make yourself comfortable

This can mean lots of things. Maybe you like to read a book or listen to some of your favourite music. It's all up to you. You can wrap yourself around a blanket and light some candles.

the most important thing is that you feel good inside and out.

4. close your eyes and take a deep breath

I think that many people just watch some TV or something when they want to relax.

It's important to really let go of your body and just be.

You don't have to do anything, you just have to let yourself be relaxed. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Let your muscles relax too. You whole body sleeps and recharges - most importantly your mind.
