I know it's hard to build a morning routine. That's why I wanted to write such an article. I hope it will be a bit of an inspiration for you.

1. Wake up early.
I know it's hard to get up early. But it is still important to get up early to get ready for the morning and not forget anything. If you normally get up at 9, don't try to wake up at 6 at once. First, get up at 8:30. Then at 8 am... So slowly you will get used to getting up early. Of course, it's also important to go to bed early.

2. Don't check your phone first thing in the morning.
If your notifications can wait all night, they can wait another 10 minutes. Don't worry, they're not going anywhere.

3. Drink hot water and lemon.
The lemon and hot water you will drink in the morning will both regulate the digestive system and helps you lose weight.

4. Get sweaty.
I agree that sweating is not popular. But still, don't be afraid to sweat during the sport. Because, you'll both get rid of toxins in your body and regulate your circulation system. Also, it helps you to de-stress.

5. Take a shower.
Especially cold water improves your metabolism, reduce depression, keeps skin and hair healthy and increase your energy. Still, try not to be sick. If you can not get the whole shower with cold water, at least try to do it for 1-2 minutes.

6. Write what's in your mind.
Writing what's in your mind, helps you gather your thoughts. It doesn't matter what you write. Just write.

7. Set your goals for the day.
Writing things you need to do during the day, helps you remember important things. Also, knowing what you will do helps you to act accordingly during the day.

8. Eat breakfast.
Breakfast, as you know, is the most important meal of the day. If you are not sure what you are going to eat, you can get help from internet.

9. Skincare.
Skincare is very important. Let's be real. Nobody likes acne.
