Hi guys, well let me start by a little auto-biography. I'm a seventeen-year old girl, living in a paradise island known as Mauritius Island. i love reading ( literature student ayyy ) and i love lifting people up with some inspiring aka motivational works ! If that makes sense duh !! This is my first time writing an article,so bear with me pleaseeeee.

First of all,
1. FAMILY / FRIENDS
- Spend your time with your close ones, it can either be by giving a call/videocall, by a dayout together doing activities or eating.( TREAT YOUR SELF, EAT THAT LAST PIECE OF FOOD BABY ) Don't stop creating memories

2. GO FOR A WALK.
- It doesn't matter if its 7 A.M or 6 P.M or any time of the day. Just go for a walk alone. Grab your earphone, put on some peaceful song and grab some fresh air. Find a calming place like in a park, near the beach or whatever calming place you like.

3. VISIT A LIBRARY.
- Another calm and peaceful place is the library. Go there, spend as much time as you can. Find/ grab a book or a magazine ( Science-fiction, Drama, Horror, Romantic ect...) Sit in a corner. Read some few pages.

4. VISIT/ GO TO A COFFEE SHOP.
- Order your favourite coffee/milkshake, add some donuts. Sit in. Treat yourself. Take pics. Enjoy your own company boo.

5. MAKE OTHERS HAPPY.
- There's a saying in the Holy Quraan Book that says " Cure your sadness by making others happy " in relate to this, i suggest that you can visit old people in a home, your old neighbours or even poor kids. Go towards them. Help them in any way you can. Take them out on a date. Get to know them more. Make them laugh and you will see your sadness will fade by taking care of others. And always remember, " we rise by lifting others "
