You have to get out.

Sounds simple but I remember countless days I spent alone in my grey room, with getting out never even on the edge of my lonely mind.

After 3 months I spent in my room, getting out was a big accomplishment. It meant I won over my urge to lock myself inside – buried in self-pity. It meant victory over demons which wouldn’t let me be at peace.

Now I’m outside – and the world isn’t as scary as I thought. all I had to do was to get out and I was suddenly alright.

Trust me. It’s worth it.
