i know, pure cliche, but when you wake up earlier than you usually do, like 1 hour before. it will give you time to do more things in the morning, and you'll feel motivated after that.

you probably have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the whole day, then why not eat a heatlhy and a tasty breakfast? here are some ideas.

if you try to keep organized you will feel that it will be easier for you to do all the things you want/need, so start by making a list ( having a bullet journal will help you 100% ). Don't put on too many tasks, because that might not be beneficial and when you're done for one task, cross it off.

open the window and look around. see how lucky you are for living in such a big and beautiful world. breathe and keep going.

◦ Don't Stress And Be Proud Of Yourself
if you are at the end of the day, see the things you've done. if you did all you've wanted to do in that day, be proud of yourself. if not, then don't stress and don't be disappointed. tomorrow the sun will rise again and you will try again.
