Hey guys, so it's been a while since I last posted on WHI and it's honestly been crazy. So anyways, here's my night time skincare routine. It's nothing crazy but I just thought I'd share it with you.

Side note though, the products I use may not work for you and that's okay. Also, there are some products from my skincare routine article that I've stopped using and I'll list them down at the end.

Makeup Remover

The very first thing I do when I get home is take my makeup off, whether it be 5 in the afternoon or 9pm. The makeup remover I use is the Nivea Cleansing wipes, I like to buy the dry and sensitive one even though my skin type is actual more on the oily to combination. After using a makeup wipe, I go in with my micellar water from Garnier using a cotton pad just to make sure I've fully taken my makeup off.

I still like to use this Micellar Water

Face Wash

Okay, so for face wash, I decided to try the Sukin Cleansing gel for a change and I've been using it for the past two months and have fallen in love with it. I use the pink one which is for sensitive skin and again, my skin isn't crazy sensitive but this actually brightens my skin. Maybe that's just me but I love it. I still like my avene cleanance gel but just thought I'd give the sukin face wash a try. There's also another product I'm currently loving from Sukin so keep reading. I'll leave a link at the end of this if you wanna check them out.

Alright, let's move on to toner. I still use the Mario Badescu facial spray and still love it. I like to spray a lot on my face but I honestly don't think you need to spray as much as I do. My face is usually drenched by the time I stop spraying but oh well.

Almost done, so for moisturiser I use still use the sukin night cream, but on top of that I also use the nivea soft moisturizer crème for an extra hydration. I like to put this all over my face and neck and then follow it with an eye serum. At the moment, I'm using the sukin antioxidant serum which I honestly love. It's very important to use eye cream/serum according to a lot of people as the skin around the eyes is more fragile, more prone to dryness, and quicker to show age and fatigue. Using the sukin one has helped with my under eyes and it really does brighten it.

Facemask and Exfoliator

Face masks and exfoliating, I only do once a week now. I used to do this twice a week and honestly, I've started noticing that doing this is actually drying my skin so much. I've also stopped using the St Ives scrub as I've heard so many bad things about this (I know, it's been going around for so long but I'm a lil late, don't judge) and how it'll leave some long term damage on my skin. BUT this doesn't mean I don't exfoliate anymore, I just found the Mario Badescu Botanical exfoliator and have been loving it. I use this on the same day I face mask.

As for the face mask, I love using the Origins Original Skin Rose Clay Mask. There's a lot of people who thinks that this does nothing for the skin but I would disagree. This leaves my skin so soft and smooth after using and a love the smell of this. Also, the pink mask looks good on the face.

And that is it, that is what I do before going to bed. One thing I do avoid whilst doing my skincare, from face washing till the end, is touching my phone or anything else, I honestly touch nothing apart from the products I'm using. I also like to avoid touching my face after my skincare or just in general really. I've read somewhere that our phones could possibly have more germs than a toilet seat which makes me cringe.
