1) Get out of your comfort zone

Think outside the box, push yourself, try new things! The best way to face your fears is to look them in the eyes and push on. Try doing new things, things your nervous or scared of and you'll gain confidence as you go. Once you realize fear shouldn't control your self esteem you'll rise above your insecurities!

2) Help others

When you help others it not only brings you joy, it makes you grateful for what you have and who we are. Also, it helps you see the good in yourself and it makes you feel good about YOURSELF. You can make a difference in yourself by making a difference in others.

3) Highlight your good aspects

This might sound cheesy, but believe me, it works. Everyday, when you wake up and before you go to sleep, look in the mirror and list three things you love about your self/ three things you're improving. When you remind yourself about all the good things you have/are you're going to start to pay more attention to the positive things about you. This really works and it just makes you feel happy about yourself :)
