Today it is all about greens 💚 As you may probably already know you should get five portions of fruit and veggies per day, so today I'd like to share with you a healthy side option. Fun fact: when I was a child I used to hate green beans... They are still not my favourite veggie at all, but they are really good for you.. So what I do to make sure I eat them is trying to mix them with flavours/ingredients I really like. Like these...! Enjoy 💚

Protein and greens is such a good combo


  • green beans, washed and ends trimmed
  • lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Cooking instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil and pop in the green beans.

2. Allow the green beans to cook for 5-10 minutes until they are cooked to your liking.

3. Drain and set aside.

4. To make the dressing, whisk together all the ingredients.

5. Toss the green beans in the dressing and serve.
