hey, I guess you're not doing well and im sorry. I want to write some stuff on here that could maybe make you a little happy. I hope I will, I don't want you to feel sad or anxious.

I know everyone says this all of the time, but I promise you everything will be alright. I know its hard to realise that, or even believe. but trust me, everything will be okay. Do some simple things to make you happy like eating something you love, or binging a new show. maybe you could even just take a walk, even when its raining. accept the rain, and walk through it, and enjoy it. its amazing you know, I did it a couple weeks ago when going home from school. I felt very anxious and decided to walk home, instead of cycling. But you don't have to do that of course, you can also put some music on, stare at your ceiling or look at the sky, and just cry. just let it all go, don't try to stop crying. don't fight it, just cry. you might feel a lot more relieved after. you can write, or read. snuggle up in a blanket and watch a movie. text with one of your friends, you can even message me :)) I love talking to people, and I won't judge anyone for their problems. if you ever need to rant about something, just message me. don't be shy.

I just want to make sure that you know its okay, its okay to be sad, anxious, depressed or feel alone sometimes. I want you to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. tell yourself you're okay, you're in control of you're future (thats a dan quote aw). im here for all of you if you ever need anyone to talk to. if you need it, theres an app that does therapy sessions. its called headspace. it has helped me a lot at times that I've been really down. I should probably start doing them daily again since I havent been feeling the best. I love you, you're worth it, you're beautiful, you're relevant and you will be okay. everything is okay.
