- Take photos and have photos taken of me.
- Roadtrips, mainly to the beach to watch the sea.
- Talk with a friend.
-Play the guitar, listen to music.
- Dress up and put make up on.
- A hug or a kiss or all together.
- Read a good book.
- Log out of all toxic social media. Reconnect with yourself (hence, with others).
-Get things done (work work work).
- Drive while listening to music.
-Buy books, or go shopping, go to a museum, walk around in the city.
- Dogs.
- Write, take notes, inspiring quotes.
- Just crying and letting it all out when I'm really done with anything bad that's happened.
- Running.
-NOT avoiding "real life" by keeping stuck in front of the TV / PC/ ...
- TV shows (with moderation).
- The sun.
- Laughing and smiling.
- Flowers anywhere, everywhere.
-Jewellery.
- Having a shower. Exfoliate. Skincare. Take care of yourself.
- Put lipstick on.
- Applying for a job (even if I don't get it; AT LEAST I TRIED.)
- Just get out. Explore. Even alone if necessary. Don't stay in, with the same anxious thoughts, or bad memories. Don't worry about the future, and don't live in the past.
