Hey guuuuys, welcome back!!!!!!

I'm so excited because I made through day 2!!!! If I can follow my promise and workout this whole week I'm sure I'll be able to make it through the challenge.

So, cutting to the chase, day 2 wasn't as bad as it could've been, but it was harder than I thought it would be.

I did different excercises. Side planks, leg rises, crunches and superman and I think that was about it.
My favourite excercise was superman, because I used to do gymnastics and we did those all the time so it was kinda fun to do that again.
My least favorite or the hardest for me today was the leg rises.
Also in the app, when it turns on, it shows the quote " it doesn't get easier, you get stronger" so everytime I feel like giving up or like I'm not going to make it through I stick to this quote and it helps me. It's kind of a mantra. Do you have any quote like that??? I would love to know your inspirational quotes.

Hopefully some of you are doing what I am and are on the good track.
