Pain is weakness leaving the body.
Working out is one of those things that you can't really avoid, either because of wanting to be healthy or just because of the aesthetic. By now most girls will be working out in order to attain their precious summer body, and although there is nothing wrong with that, I feel as though working out should be more than that. Anyway, I decided to build a full body workout plan to achieve my ideal summer body, focusing on different body parts each day of the week as I feel this is the most effective way to get what I want. Now, have in mind we only have about two months before summer starts, which is not enough time, so this means eight weeks of intensive training.

I also make 20 crunches each morning right after waking up since this is a key moment for your metabolism and go the gym twice or thrice a week depending on my health. I've been doing it for a couple of days now and I swear you will see the difference sooner than later.

So... that's basically it. If you're like me and you're either lazy or have health conditions that make it hard for you to work out but you're still motivated to do it, then maybe you should follow this. It's not particularly hard and you get used to it. Also, have in mind that the main goal of these exercises isn't weight loss but body building at a very basic level.
