Pain is weakness leaving the body.

Working out is one of those things that you can't really avoid, either because of wanting to be healthy or just because of the aesthetic. By now most girls will be working out in order to attain their precious summer body, and although there is nothing wrong with that, I feel as though working out should be more than that. Anyway, I decided to build a full body workout plan to achieve my ideal summer body, focusing on different body parts each day of the week as I feel this is the most effective way to get what I want. Now, have in mind we only have about two months before summer starts, which is not enough time, so this means eight weeks of intensive training.

Here's the collection that inspires me to workout daily with the kind of body I want to achieve.

On mondays I like to focus on my thighs, as they are the body part that needs more work. I'm not a person who is 'fat' or overweight, but I do have a lot of fat in my thighs.

On tuesdays I usually focus a lot more on my waist, which isn't that big compared to the rest of my body but since I am trying to achieve a more hourglass figure this one is very important to me.

Wednesday is arms day. I have very weak arms and I think it's kind of sad, since I am a small girl this will ensure my strengh and protection.

On thursday I like to focus on my lower belly, and although it's not really I problem, I am one of those people who tend to get a bloated belly more often than not.

While on monday I focus on the outside thighs, on friday my main priority are my inner thighs, as they are more likely than the resto of the body to accumulate fat.

Since I am part latina I must admit my butt is not so bad, but I know that if I keep laying on my bed looking at the cieling it won't stay like that for much longer which is why on Saturday I put all the work into my booty.

On Sunday it's all about building upper core strenght since I'm quite weak and maybe one day this might save my life. I basically chose this because I watched the Lara Croft movie and I would have died at like minute 3 which made me kind of ashamed of myself.

I also make 20 crunches each morning right after waking up since this is a key moment for your metabolism and go the gym twice or thrice a week depending on my health. I've been doing it for a couple of days now and I swear you will see the difference sooner than later.

So... that's basically it. If you're like me and you're either lazy or have health conditions that make it hard for you to work out but you're still motivated to do it, then maybe you should follow this. It's not particularly hard and you get used to it. Also, have in mind that the main goal of these exercises isn't weight loss but body building at a very basic level.
