I know we all LOVE our food, but sometimes aren't quite sure how to control our cravings, but today, I have some healthy snacks that'll definately have you coming back for more!
Lets Go!
1 - Berry Smoothies
INGREDIENTS
-frozen berries- blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries (basically all berries lol)
- Ice
- Non-fat Milk
- Sugar (any type)
METHOD,
Grab a blender and add 3 cups of your milk and 1/2 cup of water. Put in about 4 spoons of sugar, 10-12 ice cubes and your berries. (amount and type is up to you)
BLEND
Serve chilled with some ice,topped with some fruit, and ENJOY!




Healthy Yoghurt
INGREDIENTS
- Plain, low fat yoghurt
- Frozen berries
-Sugar
- Dark chocolate
- Granola bits
METHOD
Get a blender and put in a bowl of various fruits of your choice. Also, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and BLEND.
You should now have a fruity paste. Take this paste and mix it into your plain yoghurt.
Top it off with a bunch of fruits, pieces of dark chocolate and sprinkle with granola bits.




I know these are only two recipes but they are still super delicious!
