Anyway, we mostly feel relaxed and we want to sleep all day, but...

WAKE UP EARLY

Why would we do that!? - you might ask, but if we wake up early think of all the things that we can do and we will be ready for our day before other people open their eyes. We can set our beds and have full spa morning or read books or... Well, you got the point. Those are all good reasons for you to set the alarm earlier than usually.

SET UP YOUR BED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING

Wow that was a long title, right? This will make your room cleaner and you will get mental power to take on that day!

GET TO THE BATHROOM

If you wash your face and hands before breakfast, you can wash your teeth after or both times, whatever floats your boat, but make sure you do your hygiene as soon as possible. That way you will feel fresh early and that is always a good thing.

EAT BREAKFAST

Many people I know are skipping breakfast and that meal is the most important meal of the day! You should eat in the morning because of all the energy you need throughout the day. At least eating is easy.

RELAX

Okay, I know that you will relax during the day because it's the weekend, but this is crucial to a good Saturday/Sunday. Maybe you will work or go out later, maybe you just want to workout later so relaxation is very important in the morning, trust me.
