It’s been 5 months since I wrote my first article... How you’ve been? It’s been a while, huh? ;)

I guess the tittle explains describes itself but today I’m going to start my 30 days writing challenge :D

I’m suuuper excited about this. I’ve been waiting since March because I wanted to start when the month started, so here I am; first day of April, first day of the challenge.

Let’s begin :3
Day 1
"Explain the meaning of your name"

As you could already guess, my name is Carolyn. No, not "Caroline", Ca - ro - lyn. See the difference between "line" and "lyn"?
In its english definition, the name Carolyn translates to "song of happiness" (from the word "Carol".)

According to sheknows.com (lol) The name Carolyn is an Italian baby name. In Italian the meaning of the name Carolyn is: Strong. An Italian feminine form of Charles. Any Charles there? ;)

Its top definition, according to "Urban Dictionary", is...
A girl who is very funny (yup), caring (of course), extremely intelligent (not extremely, I may not be the smarter one in my class, yet I consider myself a little bit intelligent), talented (I haven´t found my talent yet but..., maybe?), and not to mention absolutely beautiful (OF COURSE I AM).
In short, she is just perfect. (Nobody´s perfect, YOU LIAR)
A Carolyn will get along with nearly anyone (I agree) and always knows what to say to cheer you up (I suck at cheering people up). She is a great friend and would never ever betray you (Can agree again <3). She would care for you no matter what (I will ;)).

When I ask my parents why they named me Carolyn I receive two different answers.
- Mom says she gave me this name because when she looked for it was for"a girl who´s organized and very smart" Smart? Maybe. Organized? Oh hell noooo.
- Dad says it was for one of his closest childhood fríend named Carolina, and he likes her name.
I saw these comments from different Carolyns that hated their names because only old people are named Carolyn, or becasue it is confused with Caroline... But I´m part of the other half of Carolyns who think their name is beautiful, vintage and unique.
We have to remember that most websites have different definitons, but I can agree that "song of happiness" is the most accurate one.
And I guess that´s all for now, hope you enjoyed it :D
