What dose Eaater mean to you? It is spring. Colorful eggs and flowery dresses. Sweet food and sunshine, right?
To me...Easter represents a fresh start. New beginnings. The images of eggs, flowers springing up, and pure, white lambs. These things are all examples of new life. A reminder that life is full of second chances and sweet things.
Winter comes after spring. For Christians the resurrection came after our gravest mistake (the crucifixion.) Most of us, have to hunt for our Easter eggs...they are not always handed to us. Hope is always out there. Easter is a reminder that we may have to look and fight for our happiness..but it is there.
