Personally i have had many bad days... And I mean MANY...
And at the time i feel like a mess...because i didn't wrote well in a test, or someone did something to me and all those stuff that make us have that horrible feeling.

So, if you are reading this, you propably feeling that way right now,or felt like that recently or you were just scrolling through We Heart It.For whatever reason you came here, i hope it come to some use.

Whenever i feel like that, i try to find some way to relax. What works for me is listening to some music while drawing or just listening...
Also what always mekes me smile is watching my old time favourite YOUTUBERS. There channel's name is << merrelltwins>>
We have the same kind of humor and i know i will immidiatelly feel better.
I will either watch the ''Yoga Challenge'' or the '' Messy twin telepathy challenge'' or so many other videos with them.They have sketches and covers...

They always make me forget about my problems and have those 12-15 minutes of peace and laughter...
I'm sure you have those videos that you know they will make you feel better...And if you don't then check out my favourite!!!

When you don't feel well you can also put your favourite up-beat song and force yourself to start dancing...You won't feel better from the start but as you continue you will ''lose'' yourself in the song and then, yeah,you will fell better

And in the end of the day, i try to think that there will always be rude and mean people around us, and there will always be situations which we can not control...So, it's not right to mess up our psychology or in the worst case our own health in harm for those.

When you Smile, someone else will smile back at you^_^
