Hey guys, I've been kinda off lately and that's because sadness became my friend. Really, these last weeks I saw myself really stressed and sick and sad in general. I was feeling weak and didn't' knew how to get back together, how to bounce back. I'm still figuring it out but I feel you might like what I have to say.

1. Make a day off

Turn off your phone and read something

I don't know about you guys but when I feel sad I just can't connect with people, so I turn off my phone and go read some book. Best way to escape from reality and learn something new. It's a win-win.

2. Cry it all

Whenever I'm sad I just allow myself to feel all the emotions and sometimes I put some song or movie that I know it will make me cry, so I can let it all out.

3. Make lists

Time to start putting yourself up

Books you want to read, recipes, stuff tha can reduce your stress and simplify your life, gratitude. Whatever. JUST WRITE.

4. Skincare

Start treating yourself, take care of your skin, your body, your brain, just pamper yourself. It works!

5. Organize

Whatever needs to get in place

Organize your closet, plan your week, do some journaling. Just put everything in the right place and start doing what needs to be done.
