Hello everybody!
So, todayI'm just going to share with you something I've recently found out, and that is Buddha Bowls.
Buddha Bowls are just bowls of healthy food you can make alone in your kitchen, being really healthy, any kind of diet-friendly and really convenient if you have an overload of veggies in your fridge.

Mine last day consisted of:
-mozzarella cheese
-cherry tomatoes
-soy sauce

It was so good and easy to make! I'm not a vegan nor vegetarian, but if you are you can definitely find different solutions.
