Hey guys! Today I'm gonna show you how you can be less stressed. I'm considered a person who are trully calm and peace and love haha, so I want to show you how i make this thing happen!

Step By Step

First - When you are going through a stressful situation, try to breathe deeply and count until 10 (it seems like silly but it really help).

Second - Rather than get crazy and start to cry or something else, think for a resolution for your problem, the things are more simple than you think, life is made by choices, and you'll have always another way :)

Third - Start to remember and think about the good things you have in your life, like family, friends, boyfriend, your pet! they'll always be there for you, praying for your to move on.
