If you're reading this you're probably desparate for a hot and toned summer body or at least you want to get ready for the upcoming summer. Here are some tips to help you greet the season with your best bikini body.

1.JUICE UP YOUR DIET

2. FILL UP YOUR WATER BOTTLE
