hi y'all, here's a list that I
highly recommend. So yeah, let's get into it.
no.1
Everyday - David Levithan
I really liked this book because it's
different than other books that I've read.
So let me tell y'all what's about..
Each morning, a ghost/soul wakes up in a different body. There's never any warning about it who it will be. So one day, it wakes up in Justin's body. Justin also has a girlfriend, Rhiannon, at that moment, the soul/ghost falls in love with her.
I really like the concept of it because no matter which gender you are, love is love. You don't know if the soul/ghost is a boy or a girl, that's why the book is so interesting.
no. 2
Paper Towns - John Green
I know, it's a popular story and it's also filmed.
But I still like it though. It has the genre 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘳 in it, which makes it more interesting to read.
It's about a eighteen year old boy, Quentin. His nickname is Q. When he was nine years old, he had a new neighbor moving in across him. Her name was Margo. Margo was a kid who'd love to go on adventures and exploring new things. But one day something happend. Q and Margo saw a dead man's body. After that night, they went different directions in their lives.
The only thing that I hate is that the story is too long.. If you love poetry and riddles then this book is for you.
no. 3
Another Day - David Levithan
This book has the exact same story like 'Everyday' but in this book, it's from Rhiannon's perspective, not from A. (the soul or idk is A). In this book, you can feel the feelings of Rhiannon's, it's that good.
no. 4
Sapiens - Yuval Noah Harari
Ok this book is more like a history book, but I really enjoyed reading it.
It's about how our humanity developed and philosophy. It's also about how we became one human specie, the homo sapiens. I recommend this if you are a history lover. By the way, it's a really long story, it's about 500 pages!
no. 5
The Hate U Give - Angie Thomas
Honestly, this book deserved so much more recognition. It's about the African-American race in America and honestly, this book is just so good.
It's about a girl who lives in two different worlds: she lives in a poor neighborhood and in a rich luxury suburb. Her name is Starr. Starr, witnesses a horrible shooting at her childhood best friend, Khalil. Everybody want to know what really went down that night, but only Starr can answer that. Everything she says, could be dangerous towards her.. What will it be?
no. 6
The Perks of Being A Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky
This story, will make you cry and laugh. This book is too relatable lmao.
It's intimate look at high school, anxiety, relationships and so much more. The world of first dates, the world of drugs, sex and more. It also has a great storyline. Charlie is a freshman, he's not the biggest geek in school nor being popular as fuck. His world becomes messy when he founds out about drugs, sex etc.
no. 7
Turtles All The Way Down - John Green
This book is also such a good book.
I highly recommend this because it's easy to follow the story.
It's about a missing billionaire and a promise of a cash reward. It's about Aza's perspective, you can 'read' her minds and feel her feelings.
So that was it!
I hope y'all enjoyed.
