Good evening hearters ♥

Today I am back with another article and guess what: it's a recipe!
I've read this recipe on the website of a South African talk show I'm obsessed with but I've slightly changed it ☺
Here it is!

Ingredients:

  • 30 g oats
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut (so delicious)
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds

For the topping:
(This is what you're going to add just beforeyou eat your oats):

  • 1 apple cut into little pieces
  • 2 tbsp yogurt of your choice (my favourite one is coconut yogurt)
  • cinnamon
  • honey to drizzle into the yogurt

Method

Combine the oats with milk, coconut, and seeds. Place in a jar or a bowl before setting in the fridge.

Before serving top the oats with the apple and mix together yoghurt, cinnamon and honey and spoon over the breakfast.
