Today I am back with another article and guess what: it's a recipe!
I've read this recipe on the website of a South African talk show I'm obsessed with but I've slightly changed it ☺
Here it is!


Ingredients:
- 30 g oats
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp dessicated coconut (so delicious)
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds
For the topping:
(This is what you're going to add just beforeyou eat your oats):
- 1 apple cut into little pieces
- 2 tbsp yogurt of your choice (my favourite one is coconut yogurt)
- cinnamon
- honey to drizzle into the yogurt

Method
Combine the oats with milk, coconut, and seeds. Place in a jar or a bowl before setting in the fridge.
Before serving top the oats with the apple and mix together yoghurt, cinnamon and honey and spoon over the breakfast.
