As I promised yesterday, here's another article. I'm gonna talk about my morning routine (that I usually follow and do my best to do everything listed down below on a regular basis lol), hope you like it!


I'm gonna assume that yall know what meditation is and how it's done. I do meditate sometimes throughout the day, but I feel so much better, energized and at peace when I meditate as soon as I wake up. 10-15 is fine, if you don't have that much time, even 5 minutes a day makes a difference when you make it a habit.

For those who read my last article Life detox, you know I don't check my phone as soon as I wake up and I go online at least an hour after waking up - try it and you'll see some positive changes :)

Instead, I turn the TV on and play some music and dance, make breakfast, make coffee and get lost in those beats!

Dancing makes my soul sing, it's something that make me feel so happy to be alive! I dance everywhere as soon as I hear music that I like - coffee shop, bus, club, supermarket :D


After I eat my breakfast and while having coffee with some old school rap in the background, I make a list of stuff I'm grateful about at this moment. It can be anything - my bed, the air I'm breathing, my family, some other person in my life, it can bi literally anything! I promise, gratitude can impact your life so much and it can make some serious, positive changes!

When I'm done with my so-called gratitude session, I do my affirmations. I enjoy writing them down, sometimes I speak to myself and really get into it, but most of the time I put them on paper - I just feel like they have more powerful impact on my mind :) I really love, love, LOVE Louise Hay's affirmations, her books, audio books and guided meditations really helped me in my journey of growing as a person.
