Today I'll share some healthy breakfasts ideas and recipes if needed. Gotta take care of our belly uh?

1. Oatmeal

This is my fav breakfast of them all.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (I always skip this cuz I dont have it and its ok)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (add more for a sweeter oatmeal)
- pinch of salt
- Toppings: Vanilla yogurt, crushed hazelnuts, sliced banana, additional berries.

Steps:
1. In a small pot, stir oats, milk, berries, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt over medium high heat.
2. When the mixture starts to bubble, crush the berries with the back of the spoon and turn the heat to medium low and cover. Cook for 3-5 more minutes or until oats are tender to your preference, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour oatmeal in a bowl, and top with vanilla yogurt, nuts, and additional berries if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.

2. Yogurt Parfait

This breakfast is for ur own taste. Choose 3 or 4 things that u like and do ur own yogurt parfait.
Try to use fruit and foods that keep u fuller for longer like:
- oats
- any type of seeds (I use chia seeds or pumpkin seeds)
- fruit (banana, strawberries, blueberries, apple)
- honey, maple syrup, peanut butter
U have a million things to choose, so choose what is more likely to ur taste but always remember to keep it healthy.

3. Pancakes

Who doesn't like pancakes? This can be a healthy breakfast if u have a good recipe and if u dont overtake it in a week.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour (ground up oats)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup + more for topping, if desired (I use honey)
- Choice: 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life dairy-free chocolate chips)
- coconut oil for pan

Steps:
1. In a large bowl combine oat flour, baking powder, sea salt and cinnamon.
2. In a separate bowl combine greek yogurt, almond milk, egg, vanilla extract and 1 T maple syrup.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips.
If batter is too thick add in a bit more almond milk.
4. Spray or melt coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
5. Add a 1/3 cup of batter to form pancakes.
6. Cook until all bubbles have popped (about 3 mins) & flip over for 1 min. Repeat until all batter is used.
7. Serve warm with maple syrup, nut butter or fruit.
