Being physically healthy is important. I train 4 times a week. My workout consists of: cardio and weight.
This is my typical day:
MORNING:
•Wake up at 7.10 a.m. (sleeping is most important for our body, I spleep about 8h)
•Breackfast at 7.30 a.m. ( My breakfast is varied: milk, biscuits, orange juice..)
•I go to school 5times a week, the lessons begin at 8.30 a.m. and finishes at 1.30 p.m. (during the lesson I eat various fruit such as Banana, Orange, Apple, strawberry, pineapple …)
AFTERNOON:
•My lunch is composed of: vegetables , meat and pasta.
•I do my homework
•I GO TO THE GYM!!
I LOVE GYM! FITNESS IS MY OBSESSION!!
I go to the gym 4times a week! I do many exercise for my body. (I’ll write my exercise in the next article)
EVENING:
•my dinner is composed of. Vegetables or meat.
•I go to bed at 10.35 p.m.
