•100 g of fine oat flakes
•250 ml. of vegetable milk without sugar
•200 g. of dark chocolate
•60 g. of hazelnut cream
•80 g. of whole sugar or panela


•We put the oat flakes to soak in vegetable milk for at least 4 hours.

•We preheat the oven to 180º We melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave.

•We add the hazelnut cream, the sugar and the vegetable milk mixture.

•We spread the flaneras, or any other mold of small size, with oil and pour the dough, distributing it equally.

•We bake for 30 minutes or until we see that the outside is dry but when pricking with a toothpick, it comes out dirty.

•Let the fondants cool in the fridge after baking and unmold them when they are cold.Before serving them, we'll leave them in the microwave for a few seconds so they heat up and the center melts.
