Hi guys,

it's been a while since my last article, sorry for that.
University is stressing me out, so I started working out again to relax a bit and actually being able to feel like I do at least something right..
It's an arm and thigh gap routine, nothing big because I recently started and I'm not exactly fit yet.

Also here is some inspiration on how to dress while working out, I find it more fun to workout. I have a collection on pretty fitness outfits as well.

So here is the actual workout:

So what I did was:

Round 1
12 alternative bicep curls
6 tricep extensions
12 front arms raises
6 side arm raises
6 upright rows
6 shoulder presses

Round 2
20 sumo squats
20 side leg raises
20 deep side lunges

Round 3
12 alternative bicep curls
6 tricep extensions
12 front arms raises
6 side arm raises
6 upright rows
6 shoulder presses

Round 4
20 leg extensions (also known as donkey kicks)
20 side leg extensions (also known as fire hydrants)
20 side leg raises

Round 5
12 alternative bicep curls
6 tricep extensions
12 front arms raises
6 side arm raises
6 upright rows
6 shoulder presses
