Hello, beautiful hearters and Smilers! Today I'm finally coming at you with another #TheSmileProject article. I know I've been absent. School is killing me, man. Like for those of you in college (like me), well then God bless you. Seriously.

Today is Monday, so you know it's lifestyle article day! Now, lifestyle articles could be about anything. Stress, school, faith, music, life, anything and pretty much everything. And that's what I'm going to write about. I'm throwing in some music suggestions, faith-driven videos you need to watch (okay, not need, but they're seriously great, so you should watch them). There will also be some school tips, happy projects you can make, and maybe even a quote or two. This will be the fair of all #TheSmileProject articles. You'll love it, trust me. 2. Faith

Okay, so y'all know about me and my faith. (By the way, do you want me to do more Bible Journal With Me articles? Let me know.) I recently listened to these two messages by one of my favorite YouTubers kirbyisaboss. She is honestly great and I loved what she had to say. So check these videos out. They will surely make you think, and in a good way.

3. School

Okay, so we all know school is awful. It's demanding and tiring and we all just want to quit but then we spend our money and go to more school so then we succeed in life. It's a vicious cycle don't you think? I have one tip to help you get through the day, week, month, and school year. Are you ready for it? Yeah? Okay. Breathe.

I know, it sounds so simple but it seriously is a game changer. I recently started dealing with major anxiety. And I'm talking like forgetting to breathe and nearly crying because I'm so overwhelmed anxiety. But seriously, remind yourself to breathe. Take deep breaths whenever you feel stressed. Clear your mind and just breathe. I promise you, the day will get better.

Coffee also helps you get through school too, if I haven't already said that enough.

4. Life

Life is crazy, in case you didn't realize that yet. I'm sure you have. I know we all have our lists of things we want to do in life. I have one too. But sometimes we should forget about those lists and just live in the moment. Randomly chase adventure. Trust me, it's much more fun and breath-taking that way. Explore the world if you can. And if you're like me and can't, then just explore your area. You're bound to come across something that will blow your mind.
