Hello everyone!! How are you today!! This is an article that will be part of a growing series on how to be a better person for you and the people around you.

1. Be yourself!!
Never be afraid of what other people think of you!! You are you and you should never be afraid to SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND!!! Who doesn't love Rihanna she's a queen!! Try to figure out your own style!! This will really help you in life.

2. Be happy!!
No matter what situation you are in think positive. If you are are already positive with whatever you are doing at the moment then that's great!! But, if you aren't happy then try to think about the good things happening and things you can do at the moment to make you more positive. If you are absolutely sure that there is no possible way to be positive in this situation then consider as a life less(to not go somewhere, to not do something, etc) and at least be positive that you are alive!!

3.Physical and Mental Health
First lets talk physical cause its probably easier to understand. Being fit and healthy will make you feel better in general!! Come up with a fitness routine that works for and come with goals!! Your goal shouldn't be I want to be the thinnest possible or I want to be like a Victoria secret model cause that isn't healthy thinking. Your goal should be like I want to have stronger slimmer legs or I want to have a flat stomach or I want to be able to run for 15 mins without stopping. Now don't get me wrong its OK to want to look like a model if its what you really want and its not just so that you want other people to think you look good. You should be trying to get on shape for yourself, because you want to look good!! But with being said NEVER be ashamed of how you look! You are all beautiful and be yourself!!

Now on to mental health. When it comes to mental health a lot of people think of dementia or bi-polar disorder. While those are types of mental health Anxiety, Depression and Stress are also types of mental health. If you are in good place in your mind then only you can feel good. Try meditating or just thinking positive thoughts about yourself!! Really try to e in a good place in your mind, don't think that no one likes you because people do, I do and never starve yourself trust me its not going to get you anywhere. If you have any symptoms of anything like this then please talk to your parents, someone you trust and a professional cause it will help, and things will get better I promise.

4. Be mindful of those around you!
This is sooo important. Remember treat others the way you want to be treated! If someone says something you don't agree with just remember, think if it is necessary to say something(disagree with what they said). This will save you from quite a bit of trouble. If its something silly like cake is better than ice cream don't bother just say I have a different opinion but you are entitled to yours. If it something that's like your style sucks you dress like me with trends. Then you should say no this how I want to dress, I will dress the way I want and I feel, you dress the way you don't.
