Any non dairy milk ( I used soy milk)
Maple syrup (Sweetener)
Strawberries
TOFU SCRAMBLE
1 slice of tofu
Turmeric (Yellow coloring)
Salt and Pepper
Lunch

Boca burgers
Chao cheese
Tomatoes
Pickles
Mustard
Ketchup
Dinner

Ingredients
Vegetable Broth
Frozen Mixed Vegetables (Carrots,corn and green beans)
1 Carrot
2 Sticks of celery
2 Slices of tofu
Half of a lemongrass
Rice noodles
SPICES
Salt and pepper
Complete seasoning
Lemon pepper
Note: I'm Pescatarian, I don't eat any meat but fish.I eat cruelty free products, Dairy free everything.
