Hi, hello, hey.
Welcome to my second post- whoop, whoop!
Stress. I think its something we all dread, hate, loathe, wish it never existed. Ironically, as I am writing this I am overwhelmed in stress and feel the need to vent. Stress effects everyone, teens, adults, elders, its the way we deal with it that matters.
Disclaimer in no way shape or form am I saying that all these tips will help you. If stress is becoming too overwhelming and taking up a lot of you mind, please seek help and assistance. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

Anyway, lets get on with the post!

1) First thing I do when I feel the stress beginning to brew is to get out of there. Go into the other room, sit down, recollect yourself. And remember to breath . Just remind yourself that tomorrow will always come no matter what and that the situation your in right now, will not last forever.

2) Write it down - get yourself a pen, some paper or a cute notebook ( it doesn't need to be spectacular) and write a list of your priorities that you need done that day . Declutter your brain and get everything written down that way you can see what is important and what is unnecessary.

3) Give yourself a break - Today I feel that this is one of the biggest misconceptions about work. People seem to think that in order to succeed in life then you must, work, work, work. Unfortunately, we are not cyborgs and we do require some time to re-evaluate ourselves and wellbeing's. At the end of the day its quality not quantity so if you keep pushing yourself past exhaustion there is no point in continuing, your not going to retain the information, so it will be a waste of time.

4) Clean up the working environment - For me especially, surroundings take up a major part of my success rate. If I can see things that are unorganised or messy where I am working it mirrors my mind-set and causes me to panic. Therefore, when your in your break listen to music, calm your soul, and continue.

5) Put away any distractions - this is probably the hardest one to do for me. I get distracted so easily, especially when I'm on my phone. There are certain apps you can buy that help you to keep off your phone like keep focus and many more. They also can help you organise your work load.
