I know we still have another week left in March but I'm writing this article anyway. Here are 10 movies I watched this month for the first time, as well as my thoughts and any collections I've made about them.
Call Me By Your Name

Set in northern Italy during the summer of 1983, this movie captures the heartbreak and beauty of first loves and summer romance in the most visually appealing way. A new all-time favourite for me.
Loving Vincent

Following the life and death of Vincent Van Gogh, this entire movie was oil painted by artists from all over the world. So unique, so emotional.
La La Land

Yes, this was my first time seeing La La Land. It was a solid 4 stars. I really liked it, the music was pure magic, the ending sequence was stunning - but something fell short for me. I wouldn't say it was the best movie or musical I've ever seen but it was good enough for me to make a collection about.
Where The Wild Things Are

I actually don't remember if I've seen this or not but I'm going with not for the sake of this article. This movie hit me hard. It was innocent and childlike but at the same time very heavy. Adored the soundtrack as well.
Miss Stevens

Not gonna lie, I only watched this for Timothee Chalamet. Solid 3/5 stars though.
Baby Driver

Neil Gaiman was right, this was dope. Ansel Elgort was perfect for the role as well because he literally looks like a baby.
Love, Simon

This was based on a book I read a while back called 'Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda' but I guess that name was too long. Anyway, I saw this with my mom and my god did we cry.
But I'm A Cheerleader

BOY that ending got me. Also, how tall is RuPaul?? And how have have I only just seen this???
Coco

Vibrant and beautifully animated. If you saw this and didn't cry I do not trust you at all.
5 Centimetres Per Second

This was so incredibly beautiful. You could pause at any point and make the scene your desktop wallpaper.
Alright, so those were 10 movies I watched this month. I hope you enjoyed this article and maybe found something new to watch as well. Until next time! Xx
