So hi hi! My name is Megan and I'll be teaching you a quick and simple breathing
exercise.

  • First you want to breath in and out through your nose for a count of 4 (choose your pace bby!)
  • Hold your breath for a count of 7
  • Breath in and out with your mouth for a count of 8

That's it! This trick helps with anxiety. This trick also works when your excited or nervous about something and you got to sleep. This trick is called the 478 trick.
