Iโ€™m the first that wants to start eating healthy but... I donโ€™t have time or Iโ€™m to lazy to start cooking something. I looked for easy healthy recipes that will help me with my new year resolution. So here are six easy, five-minute snacks and there are delicious.๐Ÿฅ‘

1. Kiwi smoothie
Put kiwi, milk and ice in a mixer. Healthiest and with more taste if you add some fresh spinach leaves.

2. Fruit&yogurt
Creamy yogurt mixted with strawberries and raspberries. Add jam for more flavour!

3. Banana Lolipop

Cut half a banana and put cereal on top to make it more tasty and crunchy. With melted chocolate will be even better.

4. Avocado toast
Crunchy bread with crushed avocado, perfect snack for breakfast or dinner.

5. Natural juice
Choose a fruit (orange, watermelon, kiwi, strawberries...) and just put it in a mixer. A cool healthy snack high in vitamin and perfect for hot summer days.

6. Green salad
Brilliant for dinner! Some fresh spinach leaves with tomato, avocat, cheese or whatever you prefer.
