Hello hearters! This is part two of my workout routine.

I only do my bum workout Saturday, every other week because I personally do not want a big bum nor do I want big thighs; I just want to tone everything up.

That's why this isn't one of my frequent workouts. Honestly, this is easy and by the end I'm not really tired because even with exercising my bum I try to avoid doing too many workouts that involve it since I don't want it to be huge nor my thighs. So if you're like me then you'll love this workout!

That's all I do for my bum workout, this typically lasts maybe about ten minutes (not counting the stretching).
