In any dictionary, positivity refers to the practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in attitude. But as a spiritual definition, it actually means to be present, to understand that life is full of good and bad things and that, no matter what, in the end, everything will be good!

Optimism isn't built overnight, unfortunately. It takes months, maybe years, to grow it and to fully understand how it affects your life and your surroundings.

Yet...how do we become positive?

We become positive in the moment when we understand that life is always going to have its ups and downs but the good is going to slay in the end.

Being positive is about smiling and thinking It will happen, It's going to be okay, Life is beautiful, and more thoughts like these.

So...start your own positive-mind training and you will see results within a few weeks. Start replacing I can't with I can, I won't with I will, or It isn't/won't with It is/will. Not will you only grow up, but you'll also understand that happiness is something necessary these days and will fulfill you not just mentally, but physically, as well!
