Sometimes I find it really hard to eat enough fruit and veg so I make smoothies because they're a great way to include more fruit into your diet. Here are 5 of my favourite smoothie recipes:
1. Raspberry Yoghurt Smoothie:
☞ A handful of raspberries
☞ A handful of strawberries
☞ 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt (any yoghurt will do)
☞ Half a tbsp of honey


2. Healthy Green Detox Smoothie:
☞ 1 banana
☞ 1 cup of green tea
☞ Half an avocado
☞ A handful of Kale or spinach
☞ A handful of pineapple chunks
☞ 1 tbsp of fresh ginger


3. Very Berry Smoothie:
☞ A handful of blueberries
☞ A handful of raspberries
☞ 3-5 Strawberries
☞ 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt
☞ 1 cup of milk (or almond milk if you're vegan)


4. Strawberry and Banana Smoothie:
☞ 1 banana
☞ A handful of strawberries
☞ 1 cup of orange juice
☞ 1 cup of milk or almond milk
☞ 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt (if you want it creamy)


5. Tropical Mango Smoothie:
☞ 1 banana
☞ A handful of cut up mango
☞ A handful of pineapple pieces
☞ 1 peeled kiwi
☞ 1 cup of milk or crushed ice
