Studying can be fun & nice as long as you make it be as so. And studying is always good when you are studying what you like, otherwise it can be very tough, stressful and depressive. Here is what can make your studying easier and I wish there was someone who could tell me these stuff many years ago.

❁ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪsᴀᴛɪᴏɴ
Always write down the dates and days you have exams, paper exams, projects, due dates... It's easier to track down and to remember. You can do it by writing it on the stick-notes and placing it somewhere where you can always look on them and don't forget, or set a reminder on your phone.

❁ ᴘʀᴇᴘᴀʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴ
I always check through my units, depends on what I have to study. I make sure I get everything highlighted, or pointed out that is more important and I need to know for the test/exam. I always start studying a few weeks before the exam/test, so the day before it I don't smack my brain with so many information and get confused. The day before it should always be for repeating what you've learned and exercise a little bit more.

❁ ᴄᴏɴᴄᴇɴᴛʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴ
It's preferable to be studying in silence, because any kind of noise can be taking your concentration away. If you can't study in silence, then play some music in background, but make sure it is not too loud.
Also try to organise your things. Know where your stuff are. If you keep your desk in a mess, it will only get you frustrated and more stressed.

It is good to mark the things you will be needing with different colors;
yellow нιgнlιgнтer for the most important ones;
red pen for important things;
вlυe pen for things you need to know, but aren't so important;
pencιl for the things you may need, but aren't important.

TIPS

Take notes during lectures on classes, then write it down in another notebook that you have for that subject. Write the lesson the way you understand it. Make sure you follow the information you have in your books, your teacher told you and always follow the notes you have taken. Remember; you'll learn it the way you write it.

➛ I always write down the things I need to study in a order and in a way I can learn them.

➛ Try studying by reading out loud. I do it. I helps to remember things easier and faster and it also lowers the anxiousness, especially if it's a talking test, or presenting.

Chew a gum while studying, then while taking the test chew a gum with the same flavor. It helps to remember. It tricks the brain.
➛ Take breaks. You can try to study for 1:30h and take a 15min break, or study for 2 full hours and take a 30min break in between.

Drink a lot of water!

➛Make sure you eat properly and well. When studying for too long, you get tired and your body craves for sugar. You'd like to reach for the sugary sweets immediately. But better have some fruit salad mixed with some honey, it gives your body some energy and vitamins.

➛While studying turn off your phone, your Wi-Fi and put your complete focus on what you're studying.

➛*SLEEP!* Your body needs to be rested and it means no sleepless nights are needed. Your body still needs 7-8 hours of sleep at night, so you can function properly.

➛*GOAL & MOTIVATION!* Try to motivate yourself. Try to set yourself a goal. Tell yourself that if you learn this then you get to spend a time with your pet, partner, friends, or just do anything you'd like. Make sure the things you love doing are your goal for your success.
